Internship with State Representative Ron Young

STEP Category: InternshipsMy STEP Signature Project was an internship with the Ohio House of Representatives, specifically with the office of State Representative Ron Young. I served as his Constituent Aide and my responsibilities mainly included assisting constituents with their problems and concerns through email, written letters, phone calls, and more. I also filled in for Representative Young’s Legislative Aide, Bob Reed, for two weeks which allowed me to work with policy advisors and more closely with the representative himself on legislation.
