This chapter explores the transformations Chinese undergraduate students undergo within a new socio-cultural environment and different institutional learning settings in the UK. There is an increased number of Chinese students in UK higher education, and it is imperative that the particular needs of these students are addressed in order to ensure a positive learning experience for them and to facilitate the development of their confidence and independence in learning by providing quality support
