This deliverable presents the scenarios that to be simulated by Domino’s model. It first describes a list of the parameters and characteristics that are important to take into account to achieve Domino’s goals, including the levels of implementation of the mechanisms presented in D3.1. Since testing all the values for each parameter is infeasible, and in some cases not of interest, a prioritisation of scenarios is presented, together with its rationale
