Objective To investigate soluble P-selectin (sP-selectin) levels and platelet parameters in normal pregnant women compared with non-pregnant control subjects. Design A longitudinal case–control study. Setting Obstetric outpatient clinic in the Jubilee Maternity Hospital, Belfast.
