The aim of this study was to get acquainted with Belbin’s team role models and research how they can be utilized in management. As the theoretical background is the Belbin’s team role model, the theory consists of matters associated with choosing a suitable team, and also a suitable manager. The research was done for the Design Office Ilme with 5 participants, which comprises half of the office staff. There were 13 questions about the team role models, team managers role models and suitable managers methods. The research question was “How can the Belbin team role models be utilized in management”.
