Measurement of the 3D position of a geodesic monument from a permanent dual-frequency GPS receiver on the Villerville landslide.The Villerville landslide is located on the coast of Pays d'Auge (Normandy), 5 km south of Le Havre. The unstable slope has dimensions of 47 ha and a depth of 20 m and is characterized by several built-in rotating slides. The landslide occurred in Jurassic sedimentary rocks. Four main failure events affected the slope (1982, 1988; 1995, 2001), causing damage to buildings and road infrastructure. In addition to these major episodes, there are average travel rates in the range of 5,100 to 101 cm.yr-1.
