The research described in this report deals with the understanding of children in nursery school, and more precisely with rephrasing by pupils in First Year. Existing devices and didactic tools were adapted to collect data through a series of lessons which mixed a gradual study of a story, episode by episode, a memorisation of vocabulary throughout the working sessions, and different types of rephrasing or anticipations. The rephrased sentences of the pupils were then analysed in order to thoroughly observe the syntax, the meaning of the statements and the re-investment of vocabulary at stake, and more refined analysis with the study of two noteworthy pupils.Le travail effectué dans ce mémoire de recherche porte sur la compréhension à l’éco...
