Trastorno negativista desafiante y estilos educativos parentales. Programa de intervención psicoeducativa de un caso

Curs acadèmic: 2017/2018The aim of the present study is to analyze the effectiveness of a psychoeducational intervention program for a child with a challenging defiant disorder, together with a permissive parental educational style and a family dysfunction. To verify the effectiveness of this program, the interviews with the people involved in the education of the child as well as the academic qualifications hav e been carried out through the systematic observation of the behavior. A multicontextualized and multidisciplinary psychoeducational intervention program has been developed, encompassing the family and school context as well as the subject itself. The tech niques that have been used with the child are behavior modification, cognitive - behavioral techniques such as self - instructions and reinforced self - evaluation. Likewise, a chip economy system has been implemented and techniques have been trained to reduce d isruptive and aggressive behaviors such as anger control, problem solving and social skills training. In the family context, behavior modification techniques have been developed, the establishment of standards at home as well as guidelines to improve the e motional aspect. In the classroom, techniques such as reinforced self - evaluation, behavior modification and emotional education have been implemented. The results show a general improvement of the child's aggressive and challenging behavior both at home an d at school, although this improvement is more important in the school environment. It is concluded that the joint work of the mother, the tutor and the professional who has worked with the child has been very positive to improve the disruptive behavior of the child. There has been an improvement in the predisposition of the child before the academic activities that were initially negative.Con el presente estudio se pretende analizar la eficacia de un programa de intervención psicoeducativa para un niño con trastorno negativista desafiante junto con un estilo educativo parental permisivo y una disfuncionalidad familiar . Para comprobar la eficacia de dicho programa se han realizado a través de la observación sistemática de la conducta , las entrevistas a las personas implicadas en la educación del niño , así como las calificaciones académicas . S e ha desarrollado un programa de intervención psicoeducativa multicontextualizado y multidisciplinar, abarcando el contexto familiar y escolar al igual que al propio sujeto. Las técnicas que se han utilizado con el niño son la modificación de conducta, técnicas cognitivo - conductuales como las autoinstrucciones y la autoevaluación reforzada. Así mismo, se ha implementado un sistema de economía de fic has y se han entrenado técnicas para reducir los comportamientos disruptivos y agresivos como el control de la ira, la resolución de problemas y el entrenamiento en habilidades sociales. En el contexto familiar, se han desarrollado las técnicas de modifica ción de conducta, el establecimiento de normas en casa, así como pautar para mejorar el aspecto emocional. En el aula, se han implementado técnicas como la autoevaluación reforzada, modificación de conducta y la educación emocional. Los resultados muestran una mejoría general de la conducta agresiva y desafiante del niño tanto en casa como en el colegio, aunque esta mejoría es más importante en el entorno escolar. Se concluye que el trabajo conjunto de la madre, la tutora y el profesional que ha trabajado c on el niño ha sido muy positivo para mejorar la conducta disruptiva del mismo.
