Herb tea is one of the popular beverages consumed in the world. This is because of the health benefits associated with its consumption. These benefits can be attributed to the natural compounds present in these herbs. During the course of this work, two different organic solvents will be used to extract the compounds present and the better one will be highlighted. Different Herb teas will be tested to determine the compounds present in them using the GC-MS analysis method. The important compounds discovered are listed and discussed at the end of this work.BSc/BAChemical EngineeringLBg
