Reflections on the development tendencies in the Ukrainian copyright law with comparative to the Polish legal system

This article analyzes Ukrainian copyright law and it's connection to Polish copyright system. The analysis begins with presentation of most similarity and differences between both acts. Particular attention is paid to the issue of property rights on the audiovisual works and court decisions in these cases. This work also analyzes amendment to the legislation about protection of copyright and related rights in the Internet which had political dimension caused by of the political situation in the state, when amendments have been made to the legislation.
