Due to the global economy changes many companies have decided to move their offices and service centers to lower cost countries, in this situation to Poland. Therefore, expatriation is becoming an alternative choice for people, who experience career progression. Expatriates are often under more pressure, than other employee as they experience huge changes in their lives and this influences their job satisfaction and motivation to stay abroad. The aim of this work is to research their life situation and better understand, why after couple of years of work in company X, they decide to relocate back to their home countries or to another company.
