Which treatment strategies for polyrefractory Neuro-Behçet disease?

Neurological involvement is one of the most disabling complications of Behçet disease. Most patients with Neuro-Behçet disease (NBD) adequately respond to corticosteroids and usual immunosuppressive therapies such as azathioprine, cyclophosphamide or methotrexate.
