Analytical investigation of entropy generation for fully developed laminar steady forced convection in a porous medium imbedded inside an elliptical passage is the subject of this study. The duct wall is considered to be an isoflux one, i.e. the H boundary condition in the terminology of Kays and Crawford [1]. The Darcy flow model is applied. Based on a theoretical analysis, expressions are reported for the fully developed temperature distribution, the Nusselt number, and the local entropy generation rate.
