Chain-die forming is stable to meet the forming of advanced high strength steel with high performance fluctuation in the complex conditions. Based on the software ABAQUS, a finite element model of the chain-die forming for U-profiled advanced high strength steel (AHSS) product was established respectively with isotropic hardening model and linear kinematic hardening model. The longitudinal strain at the flange edge of blank in the chain-die forming process of U-profiled AHSS product was discussed,the reliability of finite element model was demonstrated by comparing the experimental and simulated results,and the effect of the two constitutive models on simulation results was also compared for further analysis of the chain-die forming progres...
