Industrial wastewater, such as the effluents from textile and garment companies, may contain toxic organic pollutants, which resist conventional wastewater treatment. Their complete and environmentally friendly degradation requires innovative technologies. Photocatalysis, an advanced oxidation process, can serve this purpose.
