Non-negligible coupled thermal and mechanical effects occur in several physical and industrial procedures, e.g. warm for ming processes. The authors present the theoretical background of a phenomenological thermoelastoplastic material model at large strains as well as its numerical realization within the context of appropriate finite element formulations.
