MasterThe powder design parameters such as the particle size, the chemical composition, and the composition of lubricant affect the final properties of P/M products. This paper aims at finding a relationship of powder design parameters (particle size, the composition of graphite, the composition of lubricant), material properties (6 for compaction, 3 for sintering), the final properties (density, density deviation, stress state, strain, strength, elongation) by regression method through the powder compaction, dilatometry experiments, and numerical simulations. Shima-Oyane constitutive model for compaction and Mc-Meeking constitutive model for sintering were employed for numerical simulation. The regression models which show the correlations...
