International audienceFor year, the educational systems in many countries everywhere in the world have been urging teachers to coach their students to foster competences basing on complex problem solving. As lot of country, Benin has not kept away that move. Unfortunately the adequate implementation of the competency based approach in Bénin has been running their education policy smoothly.
