Formation of sports broadcasting policy in Japan : from the viewpoint of public interest and value transfer

日本におけるスポーツとテレビ放送は、これまで相互発展を遂げてきたが、近年におけるメディアオーナーシップなどに見られるように、過度な市場原理優先の傾向にあると指摘されている。そこで、本論では、「スポーツ放送における公益性と市場性のバランスをどのように保つのか」という観点に立ち、国内外の放送政策に関する事例からその現状と課題を明らかにした。Sports and television broadcasting in Japan have been closely related and have developed mutually, but it has been pointed out that excessive market principles tend to be prioritized as seen in media ownership in recent years. Therefore, in this paper, from the viewpoint of How to maintain the balance between public interest and marketability in sports broadcasting , we will clarify the current situation and problems from cases concerning domestic and overseas broadcast policy.原著(Original paper
