The objective of this study was to investigate the possible beneficial effects of vitamin D treatement on immune and reproductive system in dairy cows through the examination of the expression profiles of 6 genes selected from Holstein friesien breed and to determine relative expression level in control (no.treated animals goup) and treated group for each gene by using quantitative polymerase chain reaction method.MSc/MAMs
