Aim: To determine the prevalence of MIH in 8- and 9 year-old children in the city of Kljuc, BosniaHerzegovina, and to describe the distribution and severity of the affected teeth. Materials and methods: Study design: All 8- and 9-year-olds (n=104) living in Kljuc (born 2004/2005) were invited to participate, and 103 were examined by a calibrated clinician. Written, informed consent was obtained from all participants’ relatives, as well as a questionnaire designed to assess potential risk indicators.
