This study aimed at asses the impact of OPRAS implementation on the performance of the employees in the Ministry of Home Affairs in Tanzania as a representative case. The specific objectives were to identify awareness of OPRAS in the Ministry of Home Affairs to determine the procedures used in implementing of OPRAS in the Ministry of Home Affairs and to examine the policy of implementation of OPRAS in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
