Motivation explains why people do things in a successful way. It includes initiatives, guidance and maintenance of goal-oriented behavior. Tanzania police force is being faced with several misconducts including robberies, theft, drug issues, poor customer care, and the likes which are being associated with poor monetary motivation. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of monetary motivation in the Tanzania Police Force.
