Piezoelectric energy harvesting systems are used to convert vicinity vibrations into useful electrical energy. Effect of various shapes and materials open the gateway towards the choice of maximum power generation for the micro and nano world. Comsol Multiphysics was used to simulate the four designed shapes named as Pi, E, Rectangular and T in the size range of less than hum but greater than 1 micron. Designed shapes worked under the impact of ambient vibrations using few piezoelectric materials for the maximum power generation so that traditional power sources can be replaced with such piezoelectric energy harvester.
