In both paraffin sections and cryostat sections, the antibody stained strongly all cell types in adult, neonatal and fetal human colorectal epithelium, that is, the goblet cells, the columnar cells and the endocrine cells. No staining was observed in the remaining parts of the normal gastrointestinal tract and other tissues.
