In the 21st century, human resource management has become more important than ever before, especially in the service industry, traditional management methods are kind of outdated. In 20th century 80s a new concept of corporate culture was come up and it has become an important element in management. Many enterprises now have their unique and outstanding corporate culture which benefit them. However in China, there are lots of enterprises whose corporate culture are poor which leads to various of problems and issues.
