This study was conducted to gain a better understanding of the employment situation of the non-Finnish alumni of the Degree Programme in International Business of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences. The theoretical background of the study is based on existing statistics on people of foreign background in Finland. This part contains information about people of foreign background in general, their employment, non-Finnish degree students at the Finnish universities, and international students at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences. The data was collected through an online survey, to which 20 answers were received.
