The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of services can be designed by utilizing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). This study provides an understanding of the current obstacles for producing these services. The legal UAS issues in public and private organizations are examined. The biggest challenge in using Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles (UAVs) is that legislation does not recognise enough a UAV as an aircraft. Training and other requirements for the operator and the actual flyer are unspecified for UASoperations. UAVs development is waiting for standardization.
