The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is to study current knowledge about social media as marketing tools for small businesses like Viet Greenland Limited. Its aim is to study about Viet Greenland’s current usage of social media marketing. The objective is based on the thesis’s purpose, which is to suggest practical and customized marketing guideline using social networks. The author of the bachelor’s thesis conducted qualitative research method in the form of an interview.
