In today’s business world, self-management is a constantly growing concept. Organisations have to respond quickly both to their customers and the changes in information technology in order to stay competitive. Self-managed teams represent a new organisational approach to the way work is performed and organised and they are a key element when it comes to answering the changing demands that face today’s management.
