The topic of social media marketing is relevant nowadays as it is widely used and it is good for a company to regularly check how their social media profiles are performing in order to make the most of it. The objective of the thesis is to analyse the company’s social media profiles using the analytics tools provided by those channels. The analytics tools give information on how the published content performs and the results of the analysis indicate what works and what does not. This information helps the company to do better. The thesis only covers the social media channels the company in question already uses – it does not consider which channels the company could possibly use.
