PENGARUH BESARAN ANGGARAN, SISA ANGGARAN, PERUBAHAN ANGGARAN TAHUN SEBELUMNYA DAN JENIS ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGARAN (STUDI PADA SATUAN KERJA PERANGKAT KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR)

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the amount of the budget, the remaining budget, previous year's budget changes and the type of organization simultaneously to the budget performance of the Aceh Besar District Working Unit in 2015-2016. The type of research used in this study was hypotheses testing, using purposive sampling method and there were 37 samples that became objects to be studied.The type of data used was secondary data obtained from the Regional Government Financial Report published by the Office of Financial Management and Regional Wealth in the form of regional government financial reports for 2015-2016 period. The analysis used was multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate the amount of the budget, the remaining budget, previous year's budget changes and the type of organization together influenced the budget performance, but the partial relationship showed that (1) the amount of the budget had no effect on budget performance, (2) the remaining budget had a negative effect on budget performance, (3) budget changes had a positive and significant impact on budget performance, (4) the type of organization did not affect budget performance.Keywords: Budget Amount, Budget Remaining, Budget Changes, Types Organization,Budget Performance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh besaran anggaran, sisa anggaran, perubahan anggaran tahun sebelumnya dan jenis organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja anggaran pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Kabupaten Aceh Besar tahun 2015-2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pengujian hipotesis, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan terdapat 37 sampel yang menjadi objek untuk diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah yang dipublikasikan oleh Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Kekayaan Daerah yaitu berupa laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah pada periode 2015-2016. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan besaran anggaran, sisa anggaran, perubahan anggaran tahun sebelumnya dan Jenis organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggaran, namun hubungan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa (1) besaran anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggaran, (2) sisa anggaran berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja anggaran, (3) perubahan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran, (4) jenis organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggaran.Kata Kunci: Besaran Anggaran, Sisa Anggaran, Perubahan Anggaran, Jenis Organisasi, Kinerja Anggaran
