AKTIVITAS FISIK SEHARI-HARI PADA PENYANDANG DIABETES MELLITUS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS GODEAN II TAHUN 2015

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is an one Non-Communicable Disease most happening in the world. The problem which always be happened by the DM patient is how to keep their glukosa stable and controlled, with doing some Diabetes Mellitus healing management (education, medical nutrition therapy, physical activity, and pharmacological management). The most management DM is obeyed by DM patient is not doing some physically activity. Objective: This research is to know daily physichaly activity on Diabetes Mellitus patient in working district of Puskesmas Godean II in 2015. Method: Research metode is done with descriptive survey. This research done in 2015. The research is located in working district of Puskesmas Godean II. The research subject is Diabetes Mellitus patient who check up in January – December 2014 in Puskesmas Godean II, approximatily 70 DM patient. We use proporsional random sampling. Result: In this research, result that 92,8%, the most daily physic activity done at home is brooming, activity in working place is teaching (2,8%), late night sleep (12,18%), diging soil (5,7%), sit (8,6%), eating (1,4%), writing (2,8%), walking around (17,1%), lifting some heavy stuff ( 5,7%), 75,7% physically activity (exercise) is working around, 38,6% duration of physically activity (excercise) is 10-20 minutes, and 54,4% frequency of physically activity (excercise) is 5-7 times. Conclusion: Description of daily activity (excercise) is done by the DM patient in working district of Puskesmas Godean II in year 20155 is brooming, walking around, kind of excercise is 10-20 menit and frequency of excercise is 5-7 times a week.
