Purpose of the study: examine if the variable "academic grade" is positively and significantly related to entrepreneurial intention. In addition, an analysis of the impact of "entrepreneurial self-efficacy" as a mediator in the academic grade-intention relationship. Design/methodology/approach: The use of the macro PROCESS developped by Hayes and Preacher on the software SPSS has been used to perform the mediation analysis. Findings: No significant relationship was found between academic grade and entrepreneurial intention. But, when entrepreneurial self-efficacy is added in the analysis, the relationship with intention becomes significant.
