Disturbances in the frequency range 2-150 kHz become more and more important every day. Many experiments have been done to observe and record them but less work has been done toward the modeling of these disturbances. This work describes the implementation of a CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamp) model. In order to start from its input connection, the model is composed of: EMI filter, rectifier, APFC (boost converter), half-bridge, tank circuit and finally CFL load. Three implementations are proposed: - A complete model in Simulink, simulating in the time-domain the APFC, its controller and the other components. - The data of interest is the current harmonics at the device input.
