We studied the accumulation and depuration of microcystin-LR (MCLR) in the hepatopancreas of the crab Neohelice granulata fed twice weekly with either non toxic or MCLR-producing Microcystis aeruginosa (strain NPDC1 or NPJB, respectively) during seven weeks.
