针对低压滴灌系统对压力的稳定要求严格,而现有的压力调节产品不能满足其要求的现状,提出了一种双流道结构形式的低压系统压力调节器,并通过单因素试验对影响该调节器调压性能的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,在入口端设定压力为0.05~0.35 M Pa,设计出口端压力为0.1 M Pa时,弹簧直径和装置的结构形式是影响压力调节的主要因素;当弹簧直径为1.5 mm,长度为80 mm,栅栏孔隙宽度为10 mm时,此时入口端实测压力为0.049~0.320 M Pa,出口端压力为0.045~0.144 M Pa,流量为3.4~6.6 m3/h
