PENGARUH BIAYA KUALITAS TERHADAP PRODUK CACAT PADA TIGA JAYA SUKABUMI

The research aims at knowing the influence of quality cost toward defectiveness product that consist of prevention cost and assessment cost. The research conducted at Tiga Jaya Sukabumi, which was processing industry of coconut palm became brown sugar with the branded trade Ahen Sugar. Type data applied quantitative data, with descriptive and associative research method. Data analysis technique applied correlation product moment and quality cost report. Based on reseach result show there is influence between quality cost toward defectiveness product. It can be concluded from calculation result hypothesis tcount > ttable that is 13,484 > 2,03224 so that H1 is accepted an Ho is refused. The result of hypothesis thest shows that there is significant influence between quality cost (X) toward defectiveness product variabel (Y) with correlation coefficient result between variable very strong
