Vivencia de los estilos de vida en la tercera edad y su relaciòn con la salud

The study was carried out through an interview to two focal groups, each one made up of ten (10) elderly people, who regularly attendend a thirdage program in the Kennedy neighborhood located in the south-western area of Santa Fe de Bogotá. The focal interview was done in five sessions during which participants reconstructed lifestyle and health experiences related to their daily life activities in terms of occupation, physical activity, recreation, food habits and intra family relationships.El estudio se realizó mediante una entrevista a dos grupos focales, constituido cada uno por diez adultos mayores, quienes asistieron, de forma regular, a un programa de tercera edad de la Localidad de Kennedy en el sur occidente de Bogotá. La entrevista focal se realizó en cinco sesiones durante las cuales los ancianos reconstruyeron las vivencias sobre los estilos de vida y de salud relacionados con las actividades de la vida diaria en: ocupación, actividad física, recreación, alimentación y relaciones intra familiares.
