Opinión de la profesional enfermera respecto al rol que desempeñan las estudiantes de enfermería y opinión de las estudiantes respecto a la labor de la profesional

The purpose of the study was, to identify the opinio of the professional nurses about the role of the nursing students and their opinio obout the tasks of the professional nurse. The method used was the analytic one, 147 students of the Nursing School of the Unisverisdad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and 157 nurses of the Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins were studied, between the years 2002 and 2003. In the nursing students opinion about the nurses of the practicals service it was found that the nurse of the service of practice participates in the education process learning of the students of 2nd and 4th year of infirmary in a 48.6% and 59.09% respectively, also is appraised that the nurses of the service do not have much patience with the student of infirmary of 2nd and 4th in a 23.89% and 31.82%. In the opinion with respect to the roll of the students, the nurses of the service of practice refer that they know the roll the infirmary student reason why they consider them in 91.80% like people in process of Education Learning, a minimun percentage considers that they are students and they are delayed in fulfilling the indications and they respectiverly do not fulfill the indications that occurs them, in 1.40%El estudio tuvo como finalidad identificar la opinión que tienen las profesionales enfermeras respecto al rol que desempeñan las estudiantes de enfemrería y la opinión de las estudiantes de enfermería respecto a la labor de la profesional enfermera. El método utilizado fue analítico. Se estudiaron 147 estudiantes de la Faculta de Enfermería de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia y a 157 enfermeras del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, entre octubre y diciembre de 2003. Se encontró, en opinión de las estudiantes de enfermería respecto a las enfermeas del servicio de práctica, que estas últimas participan en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las estudiantes de segundo y cuarto años de enfermería en un 48.76% y 59.09%, respectivamente. Así mismo, se aprecia que las enfermeras del servicio no tienene mucha paciencia con la estudiante de enfermería de segundo y cuarto años, en un 23.89% y 31.82%, respectivamente. En la opinión respecto al rol de los estudiantes, las enfermeras del servicio de práctica refieren que conocen el papel que cumplen las estudiantes de enfermería, por lo que las consideran en 91.80% personas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Un mínimo porcentaje (1,40%) asume que son estudiantes y se demoran en cumplir con las indicaciones o no cumplen con tales indicaciones.
