Evolución del derecho internacional sobre la infancia

The purpose of this research is to know the background and international historical evolution in regards to the recognition of the rights of children that gave rise to the principle of children’s best interests –using the dogmatic method as to understand its meaning, nature, and scope– which was later adopted by International law for the protection of the rights of children.Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer los antecedentesy la evolución internacional histórica en el reconocimiento de los derechosde la niñez que dieron origen al principio de interés superior mediante elmétodo dogmático para entender su significado, naturaleza y alcance,que posteriormente fue adoptado por el derecho internacional a favor dela protección de los derechos de los niños.
