This research consists of 2 parts : theoretical (where I researched and read numerous articles about mechanisms of fever regulation, pharmaceutical management of febrile response and effects ,mechanism of action and metabolism of paracetamol as well as different types of oral dosage formulations and modified drug delivery systems ) and the practical part ( where the aim was to formulate and investigate 4 different types of Matrix Paracetamol tablets prepared with the help of 4 polymers and their influence on sustained release of active ingredient and to evaluate the potential benefits on the fever )MSc/MAgyógyszerészangolVÁg
