The case study is of a patient suffering from acquired (anti-body) haemophilia caused by ureteral tumour. There was no mention of haemophilia neither in her own nor in her family anamnesis. During the medical check-up because of her haematuria, a ureteral tumour was discovered on the right side.Due to her acquired ( anti-body ) haemophilia, three month after the primary operation, according to the Budapest Protocol, she had an immune-tolerance induction treatment, after which the activity of factor VIII became normalised.egységes, osztatlanáltalános orvosangolV
