In our globalized, modern world where all kinds of information are only a couple of keystrokes away we have to be extra careful with the content children and teenagers are exposed to. When all modern households are equipped with a TV set, a computer and Internet connection it is not surprising that views and ideals transmitted through different types of media target a wide variety of people. From the affected population children and young adolescents or teenagers are the most vulnerable to the effects of the media because they can be easily manipulated and their views can easily be altered.
