A Ru(II) vízoldható foszfinkomplexei különféle hidrogénforrásokkal (H2, szilánok, HCOONa/H2O) reagálva a körülményektől (oldószer, H2-nyomás, pH, klorid-koncentráció) rendkívül változatos hidrido származékokat képeznek és döntően befolyásolják a katalizált folyamatok sebességét és szelektivitását. Doktori munkám céljául azt tűztem ki, hogy ezeket a Ru(II)-hidrideket azonosítsam, meghatározzam oldatfázisban mutatott szerkezetüket és megállapítsam katalitikus folyamatokban játszott szerepüket.
