This volume illustrates the mutual influence of the European Union's constitutional system on the member states' constitutional law and examines e.g. what expectations should the constitution for the European Union meet or how can the division of power, the principle of democracy and human rights protection be interpreted in the European integration process. This volume is designed to contribute to the dissemination of scientific information related to European constitutional law while it also strives to be added to the list of course materials used in law schools
