We discuss on the oversea Okinawan’s ethnic identity, examining the survey data of the fourth, the fifth and the sixth World-wide Uchinanchu Festival in 2006, 2011 and 2016 in this paper. Innate factors of Okinawan identity, especially “Born and grew up in Okinawa” was decreased, while winning factors, especially “Attachment to Okinawa” and “Subjectivity being an Okinawan person” was increased.
