Hubungan Shift Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pekerja Bagian Produksi Di PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta

Abstract Shift work applied by a company can cause fatigue. Physiologically shift workers have a greater workload than standard workers. A large workload can cause a decrease in muscle performance which can also result in work fatique.Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted on 9 April 2018 on 10 production workers at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. It is known that workers experience signs of fatigue, namely 9 people (90%) feel tired in the whole body, 7 people (70%) workers are difficult to think, often yawning at work, feeling back pain, 6 people (60%) feel like to lie down , feeling headache, and 5 people (50%) find it difficult to control attitude. The work time applied is 8 hours a day with statements from 6 people (60%) experiencing uncertain rest periods.This study aims to determine the relationship of work shifts and workloads with the work fatigue in production workers at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. This type of research is analytic observational using cross sectional design. The study sample consisted of 50 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The instruments used to measure work shifts, workloads and work fatigue are IFRC questionnaires, scales, stature meters, stopwatches and a list of calorie needs. Bivariate analysis using Chi square statistical test with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between work shift and work fatigue (p = 0.004; r = 0.413) and there is a relationship between workload and work fatigue (p = 0.042; r = 0.316) �Keywords: work shift, workload, work fatigu
