Hubungan Beban Kerja Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pekerja Bagian Weaving PT Kosoema Nanda Putra Klaten

PT Kosoema Nanda Putra Klaten of a textile company process it works using a loom weaving section in particular machine with the type of activity conducted that is observing the working machine in the process of making cloth. From the activities by the workload can happen mentally, physically and socially. The workload that exceeds the limits of ability can lead to fatigue or injury. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of the workload with the fatigue of work on the part of the workers of PT Kosoema Nanda Putra Klaten. The design in this study uses the approach of cross sectional. The population in this study as much as 254 workers in part weaving with either using the technique of sampling Simple Random Sampling with the total sample 75 workers. The results of this research are using test Rank Spearman, show that p sig 0.364 (p ≥ 0.05), which means there is no relationship between the workload of working with fatigue on the part of the workers of PT Kosoema Nanda Putra Klaten. So that workers can use the best rest time possible so that the body does not get tired quickly
