Dampak Alih Fungsi Lahan terhadap Sumber Perekonomian Penduduk : Studi Kasus Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo

The aims of this research are: a) To find out how much Function Land Function that occurred in District Grogol; b) To know the factor of land conversion to Livelihood Livelihood in Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency; c) To find out the source of the economy affecting the livelihood of the population in Grogol District, Sukoharjo District. The type of research that writers use in the preparation is a descriptive normative sociological legal research. The method of sociological juridical approach, ie research where the studied is secondary data and then continued with the research of primary data in the field. Research result; a) Transfer of Functions Agricultural land that affects the economic resources that occur in Grogol District is done by the developers of factories and housing to be a new economic source. ; b) The economic resources that occurred in Grogol Sub-district became changed, which initially became agriculture factory workers, because of the diversion, the surrounding community get a positive effect from the transfer of land function. Initially farmers, farm workers, now they can get good economic results for their respective regions, and must be in accordance with Law No. 41 of 2009
